Donna has been tattooing for 25 years, but has been in love with creating art her entire life. She moved to Milwaukee from Chicago and opened Black Sheep Tattoo with her hubby Keith 7 years ago. She loves designing / tattooing nature, flowers, insects, whimsical dead creepy things, but dabbles in it all. “You are wearing the tattoo not me”. She wants her clients to leave with the tattoo of their dreams… or nightmares
